I would recommend to anyone going to try the horse-riding, whatever their level/experience. The views from the horses across the local countryside was amazing and well worth the effort. The wine tour and meal was also excellent - the meal was rustic and very tasty. Everyone enjoyed learning about wine and olive oil production.

Olive Oil Tasting in Tuscany

"I want to thank you for setting up the wine and olive oil tasting for us. The beauty (helped by the foliage) rich history of the towns and delicious food made our vacation memorable. The olive oil and wine tasting tour was very interesting and given by a nice woman who was very hospitable and we had a wonderful time talking with them at lunch. The lunch was delicious and the estate was beautiful. We also had a nice encounter with the men making the olive oil, who were happy to show us how they make it. Ciao!"
