Indoors

There are six double size bedrooms available all with bathrooms en suite and air conditioning. Each room has a mini kitchenette, fireplace and amazing views. Room are available on the ground floor and 2nd story of the buildings.

All apartments contain: direct dial telephone, satellite TV and a hairdryer and most with a safe and mini-bar.

Outdoors

Around the property you can enjoy the swimming pool, tennis court and lounging areas as well as a fully stocked gym, spa and restaurant. Horseback riding lessons can also be arranged at the stables. While staying at the farmhouse take a wine tasting tour to taste the property's own wines including Chianti Classico, extra-virgin olive oil and grappa all made on the premises.

Montefiridolfi is a small village located in the heart of Tuscany in Chianti Fiorentino, only 10 km from Florence and 40 km away from Siena. This peaceful area of Chianti is full of berry rich vineyards and olive groves and cooling breezes coming through the valley.

Nearby you can find the villages of Casicano Val Di Pesa, Greve in Chianti, Panzano and Castellina in Chianti.

Included in the price

These prices include water, gas, electricity, towels and bed linens, heating, use of the pool, tennis court, steam bath and sauna, mountain bikes, all taxes, commissions or surcharges payable to 'InTuscany'.

Prices exclude:

• Bed and bath linen are changed every 3 days, for each extra change: Euro 10

Extra service (upon request):

• Children: under 3 years old free. Crib: free;
• Small pets are permitted for a supplemental fee: Euro 52 per week;
• Extra bed: Euro 25 per night.

High season bookings strictly Saturday to Saturday. Other arrival days considered on request in medium and low season.

ARRIVAL: Unless otherwise arranged guests must arrive between 4.00 and 8.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m.

Payment policy

A deposit of 20% of the total letting price is payable at the time of booking. It may be paid by credit card or wire transfer.

Upon receipt of your deposit you will be sent notice confirming your payment with contact and arrival information.

The balance is payable on arrival.
