"EssentialTuscany" highly recommends that all travellers consider an insurance coverage plan for Trip Cancellation and in relation to travel, accident, medical and personal coverage. We always encourage our clients to take out Travel Insurance, especially cancellation coverage, at the time of booking since a Holiday Reservation is a legally binding contract. In the event of cancellation, for whatever reason, under the law the tenant is liable for any cancellation charges. Most insurances cost very little, but if needed they can be very useful can help ease your mind while in a foreign country or even before departure. "EssentialTuscany" declines any liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to guests, their friends or the property.
